Install Problem Myeclipse 8.6 For Mac

Several months ago I bought my new macbook pro from an Apple original premium reseller, which was running in High Sierra OS at that time. Along with that, I also purchased the Office Home & Student 2016 for Mac from the same store, and activated the program in the store right away. Things were going fine until I decided to update my macOS to Mojave. After the upgrade, when I start the Office program, it showed as if I haven't activated the program and when I try to activate it again, the office cannot find my license anywhere, although I have inputed the correct Microsoft account. I even have tried to reinstall the program and used my Product Key (that I received upon the purchase), and still the office cannot find my License anywhere. Any suggestion?
